studio2sustain conducted an innovation and leadership workshop at Hi, Harvard’s new Innovation Lab, that engaged students, faculty and professionals in a collaborative sculpture building exercise similar to the HBS workshop. Participants came from all over the state of Massachusetts and represented a wide range of professions from law to medicine to engineering to accounting to studio arts to history, etc. We had students from MIT and Harvard. The exercise was intergenerational and interdisciplinary, enabling a broad and deep collaborative and creative experience, especially during the reflection discussion when teams presented their projects.
